YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Designer, you’ll be a key visual and technical expert for our Partnerships team in developing campaign ID and brand design assets, guidelines for key visuals, pitch decks, social media rollouts. Your work will help communicate the essence of COLORS with partner brands—ensuring every collaboration feels cohesive in design, compelling, and supporting to reach commercial objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with the Partnerships and cross-functionally with our Creative teams to deliver work that’s both expressive, strategic and meaningful in design.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Create branding for visually striking assets and coded designs that communicate the COLORS brand across platforms — web, social media, campaigns and partnerships.
- Translate our cultural and musical identity into thoughtful design work that speaks globally and stays locally rooted.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of design projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Design key visuals for A COLORS SHOW, Interview formats, IRL events & collaborations with brand partners.
- Develop and present creative concepts and design mockups for client or internal review.
- Develop templates and design systems that are scalable and aligned with our visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with Head of Creative, Creative Director, Art Director, Brand Partnerships Team, and Production & Post-Production teams.
- Collaborate with motion designers, editors, and marketing to create cohesive visuals.
- Guardian of COLORS visual language — constantly pushing it forward while maintaining consistency.
- Stay up to date with design trends and tools, and proactively bring fresh ideas to the table.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design with experience preferred within branded content, music publishers or new media culture.
- A strong portfolio that showcases both conceptual thinking and high-end execution across digital and print formats.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
- Advanced Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma, Google Suite
- Motion design skills are a bonus but not required.
- Strong understanding of the COLORS aesthetic and the wider creative and music culture landscape.
- Ability to interpret feedback constructively and work within tight timelines while keeping a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration skills in working with a broader team and helping to guide design processes as a senior point of contact.
- Have the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects at the same time.
- Passionate about design, collaboration, and sharing authentic stories visually.
