What’s the gig?
We’re looking for a talented YouTube Thumbnail Designer to support our growing roster of video and audio podcast clients.
In this role, you’ll work closely with producers and executive producers to design high-performing thumbnails that capture attention and drive clicks, all while staying on-brand and tuned in to what works on YouTube.
You’ll create template systems, design three thumbnail variations per video, and lend your creative eye to everything from strategy to iteration.
We’re not just looking for a technician we’re, looking for someone who’s excited to bring their creative perspective to the table.
