We’re looking for a Visual Designer with a systems mindset and a sharp eye for detail to help define and extend the design language for some of the world’s most recognized brands. This role is for someone who thrives in creating structure out of ambiguity, can balance craft with scalability, and has a deep understanding of how design systems power great digital experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shape, refine, and extend design systems that bring consistency and scalability across platforms.
- Working in Figma, you’ll translate existing frameworks and design patterns into new components that are visually precise and usable at scale.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design system adoption and governance.
- Create detailed visual specifications, component libraries, and documentation that enable designers and developers to work efficiently.
- Contribute to high-profile projects spanning automotive, apps, and websites while ensuring visual consistency through the system.
- Working remote with a blended team of designers that are both internal and external (client)
- Experience working on an enterprise or big tech design systems team rolling out documentation and process evolutions at scale
