We are seeking a talented Senior Visual Designer to craft visually compelling digital experiences that engage users and meet strategic business goals. In this role, you will translate ideas into interactive solutions across web, mobile, and responsive platforms while collaborating with UX designers, front-end developers, and content strategists. You will bring creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of emerging technologies, including Gen AI design tools, to every project. The role emphasizes collaboration, design innovation, and delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions that align with brand and business objectives. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, contribute to design standards, and influence the visual direction of multiple client projects.

Accountabilities

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will:

  • Create innovative digital visual solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives across web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
  • Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color, and other design elements to develop cohesive user interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and content strategists to ensure designs are practical and visually engaging.
  • Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables to maintain design consistency and excellence.
  • Communicate design rationale effectively to team members and clients, building strong professional relationships.
  • Work with multiple clients, balancing creative vision with business goals while meeting project deadlines.



Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital design, including websites, mobile, and responsive frameworks.
  • Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma (including Variables), Adobe Creative Suite, and Mac OS environments.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and the capabilities of modern web browsers.
  • Familiarity with emerging Gen AI design tools and responsive design frameworks.
  • Ability to articulate, present, and defend creative ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to mentor or share knowledge with peers.
  • Passion for design and an understanding of balancing creative innovation with business objectives.
