About the Role:
A highly creative, performance-driven Brand & Performance Creative Designer is needed to transform existing brand assets into high-converting ad creatives and marketing content across multiple digital platforms. This role goes beyond aesthetic design—it focuses on creating visuals that drive clicks, conversions, engagement, and growth.
The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, knows how to design for paid media, and can adapt creative assets into multiple variations for testing and scaling. Experience with AI-assisted and 3D tools is a strong differentiator, enabling faster ideation and more dynamic, eye-catching visuals while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Asset Production
- Design static and animated ad creatives for paid platforms (Meta, Google Display, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Adapt and repurpose existing brand assets into multiple creative variations.
- Create social media visuals including Instagram feed posts, stories, and promotional graphics.
Performance Ad Creatives
- Design performance-optimized creatives focused on CTR, conversions, and engagement.
- Produce multiple creative versions for A/B testing (visuals, formats, hooks, CTAs).
- Apply platform best practices, including safe zones, hierarchy, and thumb-stopping layouts.
- Iterate creatives in collaboration with the marketing or ads team based on performance feedback.
3D & AI-Assisted Visual Content
- Create 3D or AI-assisted visuals and animations for ads and social content.
- Transform static assets into dynamic or motion-based creatives.
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining brand consistency.
Brand & Marketing Collaterals
- Design brand-aligned materials such as guides, one-pagers, PDFs, and presentation decks.
- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and support marketing objectives.
Content Repurposing & Workflow Collaboration
- Repurpose core assets into multiple formats across platforms while maintaining consistency.
- Organize and manage creative files for efficient reuse and scaling.
- Collaborate closely with the client and marketing team, execute creative direction, and implement feedback efficiently.
Qualifications & Ideal Traits:
- Proven experience in graphic design, performance creative, or digital marketing design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating paid ad creatives and conversion-focused designs.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Experience with 3D or AI-assisted creative tools is a strong advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creative deliverables.
- Receptive to feedback and capable of fast, effective iterations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
