Purpose

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to lead the visual execution of high-impact campaigns across Brazil. Your mission will be to turn strategic briefs and performance insights into scalable creative systems that drive engagement and conversion, while keeping every touchpoint unmistakably BetWarrior and unmistakably local for the Brazilian audience. This role is fundamental to accelerating Growth and CRM performance through world-class, always-on creative.


In this role, you’ll

  • Own the end-to-end visual execution of campaigns for Brazil across product banners, CRM (email, push, in-app), landing pages, and paid media (Meta, Google, Display).
  • Design conversion-focused creatives informed by performance data (CTR, engagement, conversion rate) and clear testing hypotheses.
  • Build and evolve modular templates and component libraries that scale high-volume production without sacrificing craft.
  • Translate briefs into bold visual storytelling that balances brand consistency with commercial urgency (match days, flash promos, seasonal moments).
  • Partner with Growth, CRM, Brand, Product, and Motion to deliver cohesive campaign systems across channels.
  • Leverage AI tools (image generation, automation, prompt optimization) to speed up iteration and expand creative exploration responsibly.
  • Collaborate on A/B test variations and creative learnings, turning results into next-iteration improvements.


What we look for in an exceptional candidate

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in performance marketing environments with high volume and fast iteration.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing campaign systems, paid media ads, CRM design, and consistent output quality at speed.
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; solid working knowledge of digital production for multiple formats.
  • Comfortable interpreting performance signals and iterating based on feedback loops and data-driven insights.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tight deadlines without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital design trends and social-first creative best practices.
  • Intermediate - Advanced English professional communication skills to collaborate with regional stakeholders.


Bonus points if you also have

  • Experience in gaming, sports, or betting, and familiarity with the pace and cultural rhythms of live sports moments.
  • Figma proficiency and experience working within design systems and cross-functional product workflows.
  • Hands-on collaboration with Motion Designers and comfort extending key visuals into motion-first assets.
  • Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows and automation to scale content production.
  • Experience building landing page visual systems and working closely with developers or no-code tools.
  • Ability to concept and execute social-first content formats (stories, reels, short-form performance assets).
