We work at the intersection of open source and the enterprise, helping teams adopt Homebrew with confidence through commercial support, MDM integration, and emerging enterprise capabilities.
We’re looking for a Designer to join our Go To Market team on a contract basis. This role is open to designers at any stage of their career. You’ll help shape how Workbrew shows up in the world, turning ideas into clear, expressive design across brand and marketing touchpoints.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who is excited by open source, enjoys inventing new concepts, and wants space to grow their craft alongside a fast-moving company.
If you’re a designer who gets excited about creating new concepts, experimenting with personality and brand, and helping an open source–adjacent product grow, this role is for you.

We care more about ideas, energy, and storytelling than polish. We want to see new ideas on how you would brand Workbrew.
This role is open to all experiences whether you’re just starting out or more experienced. What matters is how you think, create, and learn.
Workbrew is a small, ambitious team building in the open source ecosystem. We move quickly, care deeply about quality, and leave room for life outside work. We believe the best work happens when people have ownership, trust, and space to do their best thinking.
Workbrew is an equal opportunity employer. We make all employment decisions without regard to race, religion, skin colour, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender identity or expression, political affiliation or beliefs within democratic norms, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height, or weight.
